Human Resources Data Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Workforce Analyst to transform data into actionable HR insights, driving workforce decisions through data-driven strategies in a dynamic textile manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze and interpret workforce data specific to the textile/manufacturing industry to identify trends and propose recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards on key HR metrics to provide stakeholders with timely and accurate information.
- Collaborate with production, operations, and department heads to align workforce capabilities with business objectives and ensure accuracy and consistency of HR data across platforms.
- Strong command of MS Excel for workforce reporting and data analysis, as well as proficiency in data analytics and interpretation.
- Experience in HR analytics, ideally within the textile or manufacturing sector, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field, with at least 4 years of relevant experience in HR analytics or workforce data roles.
**Note:** The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to communicate complex ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
