Procurement Specialist

  • Tend to procurement processes, coordinate negotiations with suppliers and foster strong relationships.
  • Perform thorough analysis of supplier quotes, prepare comprehensive breakdowns of costs and create quotations that meet company objectives.
  • Oversee the entire purchase order lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business requirements and efficient processing.
  • Proactively monitor and address any discrepancies or issues related to order tracking and resolution.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date information in the supplier database.
  • Lead procurement tasks, drive continuous improvement initiatives and maintain regular communication with senior management.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a procurement role or a related field.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrable leadership capabilities and a proactive approach.
  • Ability to multitask effectively and handle complex situations.
