Job Role

The Business Development Specialist will collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team to design and implement strategic business planning processes across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting within the FMCG industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Senior Leadership Team to ensure a cohesive business planning process is being adhered across the organization.
  • Participate in monthly business review meetings to build understanding around business opportunities and challenges.
  • Execute financial forecasting models in coordination with other business partners using appropriate management tools for the planning process.
  • Perform scenario planning, analysis, and brainstorming with cross-functional teams and provide timely visibility of outcomes to support effective decision-making.
  • Analyze and identify cost optimization opportunities and provide visibility around Value Drivers to maximize return on investment.
  • Drive Quarterly Business Review process within respective business units and ensure activities are analyzed (Pre/Post) in line with Standard Operating Procedures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.
  • Mid-Senior level experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting within the FMCG industry.
Work Environment

This role requires working in a dynamic environment with a strong focus on business planning and analysis.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and have excellent communication and analytical skills.
