Key Responsibilities
  • Lead teams to execute quality management activities that meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Drive execution based on established procedures to comply with customer quality requirements.
  • Oversee QC inspection schedules to ensure appropriate manpower allocation.
  • Coach and train QA/QC associates on inspection protocols procedures and report writing.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on product safety product testing product integrity and social compliance.
  • Coach factory partners on good manufacturing practices to drive continuous improvement on quality management.
  • Lead trouble shooting with factory partners to resolve production related issues.
  • Analyze customer complaints using root cause analysis and develop corresponding CAPs.
  • Develop regular KPI reporting and follow up on actions for improvement.
