Technical Support Role

As a Technical Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to installers by identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues. You will communicate with installers via phone, email, or chat and work closely with other teams to ensure installers' satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Installer Management: Manage installers and provide training as per requirements to enhance their skills and productivity.
  2. Customer Engagement: Respond to installers' inquiries in a timely and professional manner, addressing their concerns and resolving issues efficiently.
  3. Troubleshooting: Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues that may hinder the smooth operation of our services.
  4. Technical Support: Provide technical support to installers via various channels, ensuring they receive the necessary assistance to complete their tasks successfully.
  5. Documentation: Record and document installers' issues and resolutions using Excel sheets for easy reference and future improvement.
  6. Collaboration: Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex issues faced by installers, promoting a culture of teamwork and cooperation.
  7. Satisfaction Guarantee: Ensure installers' satisfaction by providing exceptional service and support, meeting their expectations and needs.
  8. Knowledge Enhancement: Stay up-to-date with product and technical knowledge to provide accurate information and support, enhancing the overall quality of service.
  9. Training and Development: Continuously improve knowledge and skills through training and development opportunities, staying ahead in the field.
  10. Training Sessions: Conduct training sessions for installers in different cities, promoting a culture of continuous learning and growth.
  11. Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations in office work areas, shops, and seminars, showcasing our products and services effectively.
Qualifications and Skills
  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Experience with Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and common software applications.
  • Familiarity with networking and internet technologies.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a desire to provide excellent service.
