Job Title: Customer Experience Liaison
DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Liaison. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask efficiently, and possess a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and communicate effectively with the management team.
- Ensure seamless execution of client staff scheduling and adhere to established guidelines.
The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional time management skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results under pressure. Fluency in English is essential, along with proficiency in MS Office and Google Spreadsheets. Availability for morning, afternoon, and night shifts is required, including weekends and bank holidays.
