About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a key position in our organization.

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for acting as a liaison between customers and clients, providing assistance with inquiries, issues, and requests related to products and services.

This role requires excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional manner. The successful candidate will also have strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve customer issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services.
  • Collaborate with customers to build relationships and strengthen service competitiveness.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to track and resolve any issues regarding the service.
  • Contribute to customer development roles.
  • Ensure a positive customer experience, leading to a good quality assurance score.

Job Specifications:

  • O Levels or equivalent qualifications.
  • Excellent command of English, with a good American or neutral accent.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
  • Flexibility and adaptability.
  • Customer-centric attitude.
  • Emotional intelligence and critical thinking.
  • Self-motivated, assertive, and responsive.
