Sales Professional required to engage with potential customers at their residences or construction sites, promoting and selling products through direct face-to-face interactions. This role involves travelling within an assigned territory, utilizing persuasive communication skills to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Prospect Identification: Identify potential customers within the assigned territory through various methods such as lead lists, referrals, and market research.
  2. Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company's products or services, including features, benefits, pricing, and competitive advantages.
  3. Sales Pitch: Deliver persuasive sales pitches tailored to the needs and preferences of each customer, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
  4. Objection Handling: Address customer objections or concerns effectively, providing accurate information and addressing any misconceptions.
  5. Sales Targets: Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and targets within the defined timeframes.
  6. Documentation: Accurately record customer interactions, sales activities, and relevant information in a CRM system.
  7. Follow-Up: Follow up with potential customers who express interest but do not make an immediate purchase, nurturing leads and maintaining regular communication.
  8. Territory Management: Organize and plan daily routes and schedules to maximize efficiency and coverage within the assigned territory.
  9. Reporting: Provide regular sales reports, updates, and insights to the Sales Manager or Team Lead.
  10. Market Feedback: Gather and relay customer feedback, market trends, and competitive insights to contribute to product and sales strategy.
  11. Compliance: Adhere to ethical standards and industry regulations while conducting sales activities.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field (high school diploma accepted)
  • Proven experience in door-to-door sales or direct sales
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Strong persuasive and presentation abilities
  • Resilience and ability to handle rejection
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
