Job Title: Business Development Representative

The role of a Business Development Representative is to identify and pursue new business opportunities for the organization.

Key responsibilities include generating leads by making outbound calls, scheduling pre-sales meetings, and following up with the sales team on provided leads.

Our ideal candidate should be able to present our products or services favorably, learn IT products quickly, and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Making outbound calls to enterprise customers and prospects; maintaining prospects & follow-ups.
  • Identifying business opportunities by evaluating prospects' position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
  • Scheduling pre-sales meetings with engineers to identify solutions for prospects.
  • Handing over leads to the relevant sales department for further proceedings and following up with the sales team on provided leads.
  • Up-selling and cross-selling while discussing the offered products with customers.
  • Working in a performance-driven environment with daily goals for different products.
  • Using knowledge base/training material to resolve customers' concerns.

Requirements:

  • Presents product or service favorably and in a structured professional way.
  • Ability to learn IT products.
  • Capability to understand and follow procedures and advise customers accordingly.
  • Patience and anger management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Must be committed to work.
  • Must possess the ability to handle workload effectively.
  • Working in a professional environment with a professional attitude.
