Job Opportunity

A leading healthcare provider seeks an experienced Clinical Case Manager to join their international team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient care, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and medical professionals worldwide.

Key responsibilities include managing patient cases, responding to inquiries, conducting quarterly service reviews, and building relationships.

  • Manage patient cases and respond to inquiries
  • Process all phases of patient clinical assessments, handle diagnostics information, and liaise with international medical centers
  • Ensure exceptional patient experience
  • Conduct quarterly service provider reviews and build relationships
  • Liaise with the global patient coordination team to ensure high levels of patient satisfaction
  • Work with other teams to provide comprehensive services
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Professional-level experience working in a virtual environment
  • Clinical training through work as a nurse or doctor
  • Experience working with patients
  • Ability to be trained on customer relationship management software applications
  • Solid computer skills proficient in Microsoft applications and PowerPoint
  • MBBS/BSC Nursing or equivalent medical education preferred
  • Minimum 4 years relevant working experience
  • Proven track record in meeting performance objectives
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Effective listener and understanding of customer expectations
  • Ability to quickly establish rapport with clients
  • Ability to work remotely and reach an international customer base
  • Commitment to ethical conduct
  • Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
  • Internet savvy and ability to research customer details
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule
  • Fluent in English; additional languages a plus
