We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to provide exceptional support to patients and internal departments.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to ensuring that every patient receives the assistance they need promptly and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:- Answer calls, emails, faxes, voicemails, and tickets from patients and insurance companies, assisting with orders, billing inquiries, tracking information, returns, and insurance-related matters.
- Provide outstanding customer service, respond to patient inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with an Associate or Bachelor's degree being preferred.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
