**Job Description**

Overview

We are seeking a skilled Senior Media Planner to oversee all tasks and client service activities related to an assigned brand or account.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategy Development: Create strategies for brands, including annual phasing and budgeting, to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Client Relationships: Maintain responsive working relationships with brand teams to identify potential opportunities.
  • Troubleshooting: Resolve issues with media/account teams and media vendors in a timely manner.
Goals and Objectives
  • Short-term Goals:
    • Familiarize yourself with cutting-edge proprietary planning tools and analyze data to validate recommendations.
    • Gain knowledge of the business category and competitive landscape.
    • Work on moderate-sized live campaigns.
    • Establish contact with key media partners and understand their offerings, particularly digital.
    • Integrate solutions with internal specialist and external stakeholders units.
  • Mid-term Goals:
    • Comprehend and apply our proprietary planning framework model in key campaigns.
    • Leverage your skills to land larger scaled live campaigns.
    • Build relationships with key decision-makers within the current client portfolio.
    • Master a flawless media execution process, working alongside various stakeholders.
  • Long-term Goals:
    • Develop strong category acumen from a media and business perspective.
    • Identify commercially viable solutions to support client goals.
    • Create and execute a pipeline of exciting business-building ideas that could be industry award-winning.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Master's degree in Business Administration from a reputable university or equivalent.
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in media, digital, or marketing.
