We are seeking an experienced and organized professional to join our team as a Settlement Specialist. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be proficient in disbursing client funds, communicating with medical providers, negotiating liens, and maintaining documents.

This is a flexible position that can be performed remotely or on-location. The successful candidate will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer and must have at least one year of prior experience in a related field.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gathering data and documents is essential for this role.
  • Corresponding with clients and insurance companies requires strong communication skills.
  • Negotiating settlements with lien holders and medical providers demands a deep understanding of personal injury, insurance claims, and medical billing.
  • Identifying liens from various sources, including emergency medical treatment, hospitals, ambulances, collection agencies, chiropractors, and medical doctors, is crucial.
Requirements:
  • 1+ year of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
