Senior Claims Resolution Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Settlement Manager to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring timely and efficient settlement processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather data and documents to facilitate settlement processes.
- Correspond with clients and insurance companies to resolve outstanding billing/lien amounts.
- Negotiate settlements with lien holders and medical providers to maximize client benefits.
- Identify and manage liens from various sources, including emergency medical treatment, hospitals, ambulances, collection agencies, chiropractors, and medical doctors.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of prior experience in personal injury, insurance claims, or medical billing.
- Familiarity with spreadsheets and basic knowledge of medical terminology.
- Prioritization and organization skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
