This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Business Development Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, designing, and project managing the publication of all publicity material (e.g., magazines, brochures) to maximize brand promotion.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Publication Planning: Plan, design, and manage the production of publicity materials (e.g., magazines, brochures) to promote the company's brand.
- Project Management: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of projects and delivery of high-quality results.
- Correspondence Management: Handle and prioritize all incoming and outgoing correspondence (e.g., emails, letters, packages).
- Executive Support: Maintain the executive's agenda, assist in planning appointments, and accompany them to meetings when necessary.
- Meeting Attendance: Attend meetings, take minutes, and provide follow-up on action items.
- Research and Reporting: Conduct research, prepare presentations or reports, and make travel arrangements as assigned.
Requirements: A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar capacity. Frequent international travel is required for this role.
