International Sales Lead Generator

This is a key opportunity to join a global sales engine and contribute to the growth of SaaS sales from Karachi with a significant international impact.

We are looking for an experienced International Sales Lead Generator to strengthen our B2B and SaaS sales pipeline. You will work with a results-driven mindset, using automation and smart free tools to identify, engage, and qualify decision-makers worldwide. Your mission: fill the international lead pipeline with consistent, high-quality opportunities in Europe and other target regions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research and map high-value international B2B prospects in Europe and other target regions.
  • Build and manage global lead databases using free and automation platforms.
  • Run direct outreach campaigns (LinkedIn, email, cold calls) to generate interest in the European market.
  • Automate prospecting workflows with make.com and similar tools.
  • Qualify leads and coordinate smooth handoffs to Sales Managers.
  • Track, analyze, and optimize international lead pipeline KPIs and campaign performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Experience: 2–3 years in B2B lead generation or sales development.
  • Proven record generating organic and qualified international leads.
  • Familiarity with SaaS, IT services, and European B2B markets.
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency with lead-gen and automation platforms.
    • Strong written and spoken English for outreach and calls.
    • Data-driven, organized, and detail-oriented.
    • KPI-focused with a track record of results.
