Talent Development Specialist

Are you passionate about fostering engagement, enhancing performance, and providing comprehensive learning solutions to a global workforce? We are seeking a skilled Talent Development Specialist to join our regional team in driving talent development strategies across 18 markets.

This is a unique opportunity to support all our talent development initiatives through a blend of program management, vendor management, analysis, data reporting, and facilitation support. You will work closely with our global People & Culture and business leadership teams to drive engagement and talent development strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support talent development program management, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across 18 markets.
  • Oversight of employee enrollment management and attendance systems, maintaining accurate records and optimizing processes.
  • Monitor participant feedback and ensure its implementation to continuously improve our programs.
  • Assist with procurement and efficient contract negotiations to add highly qualified international faculty and training providers to our portfolio.
Engagement Analysis and Reporting Support:
  • Liaise with country and brand leads to monitor employee engagement with L&D programs, fostering strong relationships and gathering insights.
  • Mastery of our Learning Management System (LMS) to prepare monthly and quarterly engagement reports, providing data-driven insights to global People & Culture and business leadership.
  • Help prepare concise and compelling data stories, communicating key findings and recommendations to stakeholders as it relates to talent initiatives within our strategy.
Training Delivery Planning and Coordination:
  • Support the planning and execution of onboarding & training sessions on a range of topics based on employee needs, utilizing virtual & hybrid delivery methods.

Requirements:

  • Adaptability, proactivity, and sense of ownership: ready to support the team with whatever success requires.
  • Superior organization and process design/improvement skills, attention to details, and passion for impeccable execution.
  • Robust data collection and data management skills.
  • High proficiency in Google Suite and video conferencing software.
  • Native or near-native written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a support/operations/administrative role with evidence of positive impact on multiple concurrent processes.
  • Experience in talent development, learning and development, talent management, or related field.
