Human Resources Generalist

As a seasoned Human Resources professional, you will be responsible for implementing and managing HR policies and procedures.

Your key duties will include managing recruitment processes, including resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.

You will maintain employee records and update HR databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.

Additionally, you will manage employee benefits and compensation packages to align with the organization's goals and objectives.

Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees is also a critical aspect of this role.

You will address employee relations issues and resolve conflicts in a fair and timely manner.

Maintaining compliance with labor laws and regulations is essential in this position.

Finally, you will prepare and present HR-related reports to management to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field required
  • 3+ years of experience in HR or a related field preferred
  • Familiarity with HR-related laws and regulations is essential
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required
  • Strong organizational and time management skills are necessary
  • Able to maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks effectively
