The primary objective of this role is to oversee the entire human resources function, encompassing recruitment and selection, employee relations, HR administration, training and development, employee benefits and compensation, and HR policies and procedures.
- Recruitment and Selection: Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process, including job posting, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations. Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relations within the organization by maintaining open communication channels, addressing grievances and conflicts in a timely manner, and promoting a fair and respectful work environment.
- HR Administration: Oversee various administrative tasks, such as maintaining accurate employee records, processing payroll, managing HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems), and providing regular reports to management.
- Training and Development: Coordinate comprehensive training programs, workshops, and other learning opportunities to enhance employee skills and knowledge, identify training needs, and recommend suitable development initiatives.
- Employee Benefits and Compensation: Assist in designing and administering employee benefits programs, including health insurance, bonus plans, and other perks, handle compensation-related tasks, such as salary benchmarking, job evaluations, and salary negotiations.
- Employee Engagement and Retention: Contribute to developing and implementing initiatives to boost employee engagement and retention, such as employee recognition programs, satisfaction surveys, and exit interviews.
- HR Policies and Procedures: Develop, communicate, and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency, fairness, and compliance across the organization, update policies as needed in response to changes in laws, regulations, or organizational requirements.
