As a Patient Happiness Champion, you will be the primary point of contact for patients via phone, email, and chat.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support patients with prescription refills, delivery coordination, and basic administration tasks.
  • Maintain accurate records and collaborate with our UK pharmacy and clinical teams.
  • Deliver exceptional patient care, focusing on empathy and attention to detail.
Requirements:
  • Fluent English communication skills, without assistance from AI tools.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including effective communication and conflict resolution.
  • Able to work onsite, full-time, based in Islamabad.
  • New graduates welcome; customer service experience is beneficial but not essential.
  • Proficient in using digital tools like email and Google Docs.
