About the Role

The primary objective of this position is to work closely with Market Intelligence dataset teams on a workflow involving contacting firms to gather missing information. This role requires strong communication skills and attention to detail in resolving data queries and delivering timely and quality data to our internal clients.

  • You will procure comprehensive information on the data tracked by the respective department.
  • Assist in resolving client questions as it relates to verifying information via company contacts and assist in audits on department datasets in order to reduce errors.
  • Work within parameters and with limited supervision to ensure quality and performance to set standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with knowledge of content sets, building industry knowledge by understanding industry trends and reporting standards.
Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute input and ideas for new collection methods and product enhancements related to covered content sets.
  • Help leadership manage queue and review team production.
  • Troubleshoot problems or issues and provide support to the team.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external contacts as a means to actively track information on covered content sets.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Advanced proficiency in English communication is essential.
  • Candidates with experience working in BPO sector for US process would be preferred.
  • Certification or knowledge/experience in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is required.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
