Business Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for thoroughly researching organizations and identifying ideal professionals to reach out to for consultations.

This role requires a deep understanding of the project brief and client objectives, as well as the product or service being studied. You will analyze the information, identify target professionals using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and other platforms, and coordinate their availability and schedule the consultation with our clients.

You must maintain a high standard of English, both written and spoken, as you will be engaging with global professionals at the C-suite or director level. Additionally, you will be encouraged to critically assess internal processes and propose improvements through automation tools like Power Automate or Make.com.

A typical day may involve analyzing products or services, understanding research objectives, identifying target professionals, and communicating with them through various channels. You will also be expected to maintain accurate records and follow up with respondents to ensure a smooth consultation process.

We are looking for someone with strong problem-solving skills, an innovative mindset, empathy, and emotional intelligence. Critical thinking and analytical ability are essential in this role, as is mental resilience and ownership of outcomes.
