Job Title: Senior Software Engineer

  • As a senior software engineer, you will be responsible for developing front-end web client applications for various software platforms.
  • The role involves ensuring the functionality, security and performance of the client application meets design specifications and is completely bug-free.

Responsibilities:
  • Analysis of business requirements to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Estimation of assigned tasks to ensure timely completion.
  • Writing of code and unit tests to maintain the highest level of quality.
  • Collaboration with other team members to achieve common goals.
  • Tuning of code for enhanced security and performance.
  • Maintenance of systems by fixing existing issues.
  • Update of issue tracking software to track progress.
  • Provision of status updates to stakeholders.
  • Communication with clients to understand their needs.
  • Control of versions of code to ensure consistency.
  • Research of new technologies to stay up-to-date.
  • Leadership of a team of software engineers.
  • Mentorship of team members through training and guidance.
  • Evaluation of candidates for open positions.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of related experience in professional industry.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and clients.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript technologies.
  • Knowledge and experience of developing user interfaces with HTML and CSS.
  • Knowledge and experience of developing applications with ReactJS, Redux and Context.
  • Understanding of accessibility standards and security compliances.
  • Experience with writing unit tests and ensuring minimum 90% test coverage.
  • Knowledge of and experience with Github, JIRA and other collaboration tools.
  • Basic understanding of back-end technologies.
  • Flexible attitude and versatile personality.
  • Strong presentation skills.
