System Engineer Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled System Engineer to join our technical operations team. The successful candidate will apply deep technical expertise to solve complex infrastructure challenges, drive automation, and improve system performance, availability, and scalability.

This role involves working across multiple technologies, contributing to architecture decisions, and ensuring operational excellence. Key responsibilities include root cause analysis, tracking and improving operational metrics and SLAs, driving process automation, managing incident response, and creating high-quality documentation, KBAs, and SOPs.

You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and have the opportunity to influence technical direction and drive continuous improvement in systems operations and reliability.

Our team uses various tools and platforms for operations, reporting, and collaboration, including ServiceNow, Jira, Alteryx, Teradata, Tidal, SQL Databases, Visio, and Lucidchart.

Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience as a System Engineer
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a commitment to meeting SLAs and KPIs
  • Solid understanding of databases and SQL
  • Preferred hands-on experience with the mentioned technologies
  • Proficiency in installation, configuration, and maintenance of systems
