About the Role

As a skilled software engineer, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development of cutting-edge software technologies.

This mid-senior level position requires 3–5 years of hands-on experience in full-stack web development, with a solid understanding of backend systems, APIs, and database design.

  • Ownership: You will be responsible for independently managing feature work, making technical decisions, and delivering production-ready solutions.
  • Technical Judgment: Strong understanding of trade-offs in system design and code quality is essential for this role.

Responsibilities:
  • Owning and delivering features from technical design through implementation, testing, deployment, and support.
  • Contribute to evolving our system architecture for scalability and performance.
  • Develop high-quality, maintainable, and testable code using modern software development practices.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and engineers to deliver value to users.
  • Share knowledge with junior team members, conduct code reviews, and help raise the engineering bar within the team.
  • Proactively identify areas for improvement in the codebase, architecture, or engineering processes—and help drive those changes.

Requirements:

  • Engineering ownership and independence.

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience as a software engineer in a product-based environment.
  • Familiarity with scalable, distributed systems, cloud technologies, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
