About The Opportunity

  • As a Lead Account Manager, you will oversee a cluster of accounts across multiple cities, ensuring the achievement of commercial and operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • You will communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Your responsibilities include developing new business opportunities with existing clients and identifying areas for improvement to meet sales targets.
  • You will forecast and track key account metrics, such as quarterly results and annual forecasts.
  • Identify opportunities within the cluster of accounts and collaborate with the team to execute them.
  • You will track and manage the operational KPIs of the accounts.
  • Maintain regular communication with vendors on a weekly basis with the Account Manager to discuss opportunities for growth and overall performance.
  • Manage and mentor a team, ensuring proper support, guidance, and development to achieve departmental goals.

Key Requirements

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.
