Delivering live remote training sessions for linguists is a key responsibility in this position. System orientation and onboarding webinars will educate interpreters on the effective use of key features and functions within our systems.

As a key point of contact, you will guide users through online training sessions, providing walkthroughs of our Linguist Hub App and Linguist Hub Portal. Essential responsibilities include distributing engaging online training, demonstrating system functionality, and responding to user questions during sessions.

Main tasks involve guiding users on how to log in to the app and portal for the first time, reset passwords, update personal information, and demonstrate key features such as push notifications and calendar integration.

It is also crucial to evaluate technical issues or recurring user concerns to the appropriate internal teams and collect feedback from attendees to contribute to improving training materials and delivery.

Maintaining accurate records of attendance and session feedback is another essential task.

  • Distribute online training sessions and webinars for freelance linguists.
  • Provide walkthroughs of the Linguist Hub App and Linguist Hub Portal.
  • Guide users on using key features, resetting passwords, updating personal details, navigating the app dashboard, accepting/rejecting jobs, setting availability, managing job notifications, communicating with coordinators, viewing assignments, uploading documentation and compliance forms, tracking payment statuses, downloading remittance advice, and updating language preferences and locations.
