Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in a training, HR, or administrative support role.
  • Strong interpersonal and coordination skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

The successful candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and possess a basic understanding of adult learning concepts and training principles.

Certifications in Basic HR or L&D are advantageous but not required.
