
Administrative Support Specialist

We require a diligent and analytical individual to assist in the management of accurate data for our clients.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office/Excel, Google Spreadsheets, and online forms.
This role involves collaborating with various teams, requiring excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Job Specifications:Primary Responsibilities
- Collect and input data into databases, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Review data for errors or redundancies, make corrections, and verify output.
- Conduct research to obtain information needed for clients with minimal supervision.
- Analyze and update databases using automated information aggregators.
- Develop efficient systems and processes to capture information and train team members on their use.
- Generate leads, store responses in datasheets, databases, and perform quick validity checks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Detail-oriented professional with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office/Excel, Google Spreadsheets, and online forms.
- Able to maintain company confidences.
