We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our technical teams in a fast-paced business environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or Physics, with a minimum of 7-10 years of experience in systems design, software development, and systems integration.

With 5+ years of experience managing development teams and projects, the successful candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, including the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and lead a team of 20+ engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage development teams and oversee multiple concurrent projects.
  • Lead a team of 20+ engineers, providing guidance and mentorship.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of Internet technologies and provide impact assessments and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and innovation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or Physics; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in systems design, software development, and systems integration.
  • 5+ years of experience managing development teams and projects.
  • Advanced knowledge of C++, Java, RMI, JNI, and J2EE frameworks.
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle methods and processes.
  • Engineering development tools and software source control systems.
  • Mobile operating systems/development environments knowledge a plus.
