
Administrative Coordinator

Our organization is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative Coordinator to provide administrative support to our department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clerical support, including correspondence, records, and supplies management.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration or Management.
- At least 2 years of experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
