About Us

We are a dynamic organization seeking a highly skilled Reception and Administration Coordinator to undertake all receptionist and clerical duties at the main entrance.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming visitors, directing them to the correct destination, handling inquiries from the public and customers via phone calls, maintaining records of walk-in customers, managing incoming calls, providing information, transferring calls, or taking messages as needed.

This role also involves coordinating telephone calls, arranging conference calls upon instruction, processing mail and deliveries, sending, receiving, sorting, and distributing.

The successful candidate will record daily mail and deliveries, perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor, and possess excellent communication skills.

Required Skills

A proven track record as a receptionist with excellent interpersonal and communication skills is essential for this role.
