Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Recruitment (TA) executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, interview coordination, and data management, preferably in the renewable energy industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Finding candidates at various responsibility levels for engineering and support roles from job portals and LinkedIn.
- Conducting thorough candidate assessments, including screening, interviewing, and evaluating qualifications, to ensure a high-quality candidate pool.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and provide matching talents for their requirements.
- Utilizing various sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify potential candidates.
Requirements:
- Staying updated on industry trends, market insights, and best talent acquisition practices to improve recruitment processes continually.
- Providing regular updates and reports on recruitment activities, including candidate pipelines, progress, and challenges.
- Having knowledge of drafting JDs.
