Recruitment Executive Lead

About the Role
This position requires a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment (TA) executive who can lead the talent acquisition process. The successful candidate will have a strong background in talent acquisition, interview coordination, and data management, with a focus on the renewable energy industry.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Building and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their hiring needs.
- Conducting thorough candidate assessments, including screening, interviewing, and evaluating qualifications.
- Utilizing various sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify potential candidates.
Requirements:
- Having at least 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, interview coordination, and data management.
- Being knowledgeable about industry trends, market insights, and best talent acquisition practices.
- Having the ability to provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities.
