Paving the Way to Delightful Interactions: A Customer-Centric Approach
This role involves initiating contact with international customers in English, identifying potential leads, and converting them into business opportunities. The goal is to build relationships, qualify prospects, manage communication, follow up on leads, and support the sales team in driving growth and success.
Main Responsibilities:- Proactively reach out to international businesses and individuals to establish connections.
- Identify and qualify leads through cold calling, utilizing market research skills to target new business opportunities.
- Understand customer needs, provide appropriate solutions, and convert prospects into clients by leveraging strong English communication skills.
- Maintain and update customer records in CRM software to track interactions, sales progress, and follow-ups.
- Meet or exceed set sales targets and KPIs by working independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Follow up on initial outreach to ensure prospects stay engaged and convert into clients, addressing any questions or concerns with professionalism and a solution-oriented approach.
To succeed in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in cold calling, sales, or business development, particularly in reaching out to international customers.
- Strong proficiency in English communication (both verbal and written) to engage with clients from various English-speaking markets.
- Familiarity with international markets and the ability to work effectively in a global environment.
- Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets, KPIs, and closing deals, with a proven track record of achievement.
- Strong market research abilities to identify and target new business opportunities, driving growth and revenue for the organization.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
