Hotel Housekeeping Supervisor

The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel housekeeping team, ensuring impeccable cleanliness and organization throughout the property. They will manage inventory, supervise staff, and maintain high standards of quality.

  • Experience in a supervisory role with a proven track record of improving efficiency and productivity.
  • Strong leadership skills to motivate and guide the housekeeping team.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with guests and staff.
  • Proficiency in laundry services and inventory management.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the housekeeping staff and ensure they meet established standards.
  • Manage laundry services and maintain inventory levels.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Provide training to housekeeping staff to uphold quality and service standards.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in hospitality management is beneficial.
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role in the hospitality industry.
