Job Title: Process Improvement Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled and motivated professional to lead our process improvement team. As a supervisor, you will be responsible for identifying areas of improvement and implementing strategies to enhance our services.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the process improvement team to identify key areas of improvement in processes and develop strategies to implement change.
  • Maintain accurate records of productivity and quality audit reports to ensure accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate and participate in activities related to accreditation and certification, ensuring compliance with external audits.
  • Coach and mentor team members to improve performance and encourage effective duty execution.
  • Assist in developing goals and strategies, ensuring targets are met and accountability is maintained.
  • Identify quality projects and formalize teams to process projects.
  • Facilitate unit meetings to maintain communication and resolve problems.
Requirements:

You should have/be:

  • Graduate; preferably with a master's degree.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Good technical skills and ability to interact effectively with employees, physicians, and other users of medical records.
  • Highly motivated and capable of gathering data and making sound decisions.
  • Strong leadership skills and well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work in stressful situations and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
