Key Responsibilities
  1. Budget Development: Lead the development of detailed project budgets, considering all relevant factors and incorporating financial best practices, resulting in accurate and comprehensive project budgets that serve as a foundation for financial success.
  2. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans for budgeting, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and project objectives, fostering strategic financial planning.
  3. Financial Reporting: Develop, present, and oversee comprehensive financial budgets on an annual and quarterly basis, ensuring alignment with company goals and project objectives.
  4. Financial Analysis: Track financial results regularly, comparing them to key financial targets, and provide insights and recommendations based on the analysis.
  5. Cost Estimation: Prepare accurate cost estimates and plans, providing necessary reporting, documentation, and financial assessments to support strategic decision-making.
  6. Cash Management: Prepare financial information, including revenues, expenditures, and cash management, to ensure all operations are within budget, providing insights for efficient financial management.
  7. Operational Cost Analysis: Research, develop, and analyze operational cost and expenditure data, comparing budgeted costs to actual costs, and making recommendations to upper management regarding budget expenditures.
  8. Cost Optimization: Implement measures to optimize project costs, ensuring that spending aligns with approved budgets, leading to proactive cost control measures resulting in efficient spending and budget adherence.
  9. Financial Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to approved budgets, monitoring expenditures, and addressing variances promptly, ensuring budget adherence, minimizing variances, and ensuring financial stability.
  10. Project Evaluation: Evaluate budget proposals and financial requests for viability, providing critical insights into the financial feasibility of proposed projects.
