Job Description

The Sales Performance Coordinator role at Arktel Technologies is designed to drive business growth through effective customer relationship development and sales strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building strong relationships with existing customers, and maintaining a CRM database.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through research and prospecting
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Participate in sales team meetings to share best practices and discuss challenges

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in commerce or related field
  • Prior experience in customer service and call center roles
  • Good knowledge of CRM practices and systems
  • Customer-oriented attitude with professionalism
  • Strong multitasking, time management, and target-achieving skills
  • Self-motivated and driven by targets
  • Ability to influence and negotiate with others
  • Selling skills - persuasion, telephone sales, customer focus, selling to customer needs, closing skills
  • Problem-solving skills - entrepreneurial, identify and solve problems in a timely manner
  • Communication skills - strong communication skills, ability to communicate and influence effectively over the phone and web
