Recruitment Specialist Job

About the Role

We are seeking a driven, results-oriented Recruitment Specialist to join our high-performance talent acquisition team. This individual will play a key role in hiring top-tier technical and non-technical talent with a primary focus on non-technical positions such as Marketing Heads, CMOs, Creative Directors, and VP Sales at all levels across our organization from senior leadership to individual contributors.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for a wide range of non-technical roles, from entry-level to senior leadership.
  • Manage end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Conduct professional onboarding sessions with new joiners and tell them about our culture and policies in a positive manner.
  • Partner with internal teams to enhance the employer brand and ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand talent needs and organizational goals.
  • Provide strategic input on job descriptions, compensation structures, and interview processes.
  • Identify and attract top talent through various sourcing strategies, including networking, referrals, and leveraging online platforms.
  • Build and nurture relationships with potential candidates, ensuring a seamless, engaging, and transparent recruitment experience.
  • Stay current on industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent movements to inform recruitment strategies.
  • Continuously assess and refine recruitment processes to improve efficiency and candidate experience.

Qualifications & Experience:
  • Full-cycle recruitment experience, with a focus on non-technical roles at all levels (individual contributors, mid-management, and senior leadership).
  • Proven expertise in employer branding and the ability to communicate a compelling company story to potential candidates.
  • Demonstrated success in a fast-paced, high-growth recruitment environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple, high-priority searches simultaneously.
  • Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment targets and goals.
  • Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Able to work under pressure and manage competing priorities while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
  • A natural relationship-builder, adept at sourcing and engaging top talent across diverse networks.
