Job Summary

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting the acquisition team by screening candidates, managing acquisition platforms, and building a talent pipeline. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate candidate records and leveraging data-driven strategies to improve recruitment outcomes. Your ability to source niche talent and engage passive candidates will help address the growing needs of our organization.

Key Responsibilities Candidate Screening

  • Review and screen candidate profiles from job boards and Greenhouse.
  • Assess candidate qualifications against job requirements and shortlist for the pipeline.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline of candidates across different sourcing channels.

Referral Program:

  • Manage the referral programs for both Pakistan and Peru
  • Update the referral platform timely

Talent Pipeline Development

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates for future roles.
  • Proactively develop and manage a pipeline of qualified talent to meet the growing needs of the business.
  • Ensure detailed and accurate records of applicants and hiring decisions are maintained in Greenhouse.
  • Manage all candidate data in compliance with privacy and data protection regulations.
  • Regularly report on key recruitment metrics to help optimize talent acquisition efforts.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, or HR-related functions.
  • Familiarity with recruitment platforms, ATS systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Criteria and LinkedIn), and sourcing tools.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive approach to talent sourcing and pipeline management.
