Regional Business Operations Manager

About this role:
- Manage and counsel business operations by providing legal support.
You will need to bring negotiation and drafting skills and business sense to deal with multiple functional teams in a rapidly scaling business.
Key Responsibilities:- Work with Sales, Data & Analytics, and Content teams to optimize campaigns to meet performance objectives.
- Strategically build sales pipeline and maintain high activity levels.
- Monitor campaign performance and delivery goals, escalate issues as needed.
- Track, optimize, and compile campaign analysis and custom recap reports for clients.
- Contribute and improve team resources such as sales and process materials.
- Assist CEO and CFO on setting up business establishment.
- Report on weekly performance numbers.
- Represent the brand in the marketplace.
- Create opportunities around branding, collaborations, and commercial initiatives.
- 5+ years of experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field; Master's degree is advantageous.
- Proven business development, brand partnership, sales, or marketing experience.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional leadership and management skills.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
