About the Role:
The successful Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to meet sales targets. This will involve managing a team of sales representatives, building relationships with customers, monitoring market trends, and preparing sales reports and forecasts.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
- Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets.

- Sales Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely sales reports and forecasts to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
To succeed as a Sales Manager, you will need:
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the food production industry.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Sales Performance: A proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.
