We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team.
Job Description:The primary responsibility of this role is to identify and pursue new business opportunities, ultimately driving revenue growth for the organization.
This involves developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, prospecting for new leads, and working closely with sales teams to close deals.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a strong understanding of sales principles and practices.
You will be responsible for creating and managing your own pipeline, including prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities.
This role requires a high level of energy, drive, and resilience, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet or exceed sales targets.
Your success will be measured by your ability to consistently meet or exceed quarterly sales targets, as well as your contributions to the overall growth and development of the organization.
Responsibilities:- Prospecting for new business opportunities
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
- Closing new business deals
- Managing your own pipeline
- Meeting or exceeding quarterly sales targets
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree preferred, with a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A strong understanding of sales principles and practices
- Target-driven and results-oriented
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional negotiation skills and convincing power
