Job Overview

We drive innovation and learning across Pakistan and beyond by building relationships, driving engagement, and delivering high-impact experiences both online and in person.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Community Engagement: Build and nurture partnerships with universities, industry leaders, and startup ecosystems to amplify our presence and programs.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with career services offices, academia, tech leaders, and media teams to promote events and initiatives.
  • Design and execute community engagement strategies to strengthen local tech communities and foster a culture of continuous learning.
Event Planning and Program Delivery:
  • Curate, plan, and manage logistics for workshops, webinars, demo days, and flagship events like AI Summits, Hackathons, and Coding Competitions.
  • Lead outreach and on-ground execution at educational institutes for events, seminars, and roadshows.
  • Represent us at industry forums and university events as a thought partner and brand ambassador.
Brand Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all communication and outreach efforts.
  • Co-create compelling campaigns to enhance visibility and impact within the tech education landscape.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends and contribute to innovation in community learning formats.
About You:
  • A natural connector with 3 - 5 years of experience in community engagement, tech marketing, partnerships, or education outreach.
  • A confident public speaker with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in planning and managing both online and offline events.
  • Passionate about learning, technology, and empowering future talent.
  • Comfortable wearing multiple hats from planning logistics to speaking on stage.
