Account Management Executive - Key Accounts
Supercrisp is seeking an experienced Account Management Executive to join our team and play a critical role in managing and growing relationships with key clients in the FMCG sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building strong relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients to ensure mutual business success.
- Sales Growth: Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts to drive sales growth and revenue increase.
- Client Support: Provide exceptional support to key accounts, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Market Insights: Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and drive business results.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to management.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and delivery of excellent customer service.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms, pricing, and agreements with clients while maintaining profitability and meeting business objectives.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years in account management, sales, or business development, preferably in the FMCG sector.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Other: Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts, and drive revenue growth.
