Job Description

Overview of Role:

As a Territory Manager at Shangrila (Private) Limited, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales and distribution process to ensure efficient supply chain management and effective market return control.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Sales Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales objectives.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of market trends to identify opportunities for cost reduction and process optimization.
  • Supply Chain Management: Monitor and manage supplies and deliveries to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales & Distribution Management or a related field.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Email, and Internet applications.
