Regional Business Development Manager:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Engineer with a background in Electrical and Instrumentation or a related field to drive sales growth in our Gujarat region.
Main Responsibilities:
- Identifying new sales opportunities and developing strategies to grow sales revenue.
- Maintaining strong client relationships and staying up-to-date on industry trends and competitors.
- Collaborating with engineering and production teams to deliver technical solutions that meet customer needs.
- Delivering regular sales reports to management to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or ITI Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field, preferably with experience in sales and marketing.
- 2-3 years of sales experience in Electrical and Instrumentation or a similar industry, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical and instrumentation products, including ability to understand and articulate product benefits to customers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in local language (Gujarati) and English.
- Able to work independently and travel as needed to meet with clients and stakeholders.
