Key Responsibilities
  • Work with suppliers to obtain quotes, purchase orders, and invoices.
  • Research and identify vendors that meet our goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with supervisors and department heads to understand the needs across the organization.
  • Forecast needs and supplies to ensure seamless operations.
  • Review requests for proposals (RFPs) and statements of work (SOWs) to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to secure the best possible deals.
  • Delegate tasks to team members as needed.
  • Analyze data to inform business decisions and optimize performance.

Our ideal candidate has a strong educational background and at least 5-8 years of experience in procurement. They possess excellent written and spoken English skills, as well as exceptional communication and coordination abilities.
