Sourcing and Procurement is a strategic function that plays a crucial role in the success of any organization.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive Technical Procurement professional to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of effective procurement of goods and services, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.

  • Responsible for procuring technical domains and ensuring adherence to bidding processes.
  • Evaluate RFQ/RFPs in consultation with relevant departments.
  • Prioritize candidates with extensive knowledge of cell sites, power projects, cooling systems, HVAC, UPS, PDF, rectifiers, data centers, and related systems.

The selected individual will be responsible for arranging quotes, evaluating bids, and preparing comparative statements for final approval.

They will also ensure coordination with concerned departments for purchase requests, motivating vendors for maximum participation, and supporting negotiation teams for purchases in line with procurement policy.

Additionally, they will explore new vendors, sign frame supply agreements for recurring items/services, and conduct periodic supplier evaluations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Master's Degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain.
  • Accredited procurement and supply chain certifications are preferred.
  • Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience in technical procurement.
  • Strong project management skills, including setting timelines, prioritization, and communication.
  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including synthesis of complex ideas.
